Things got weird on the ABC talk show “The View” once again on Tuesday morning, when the radically liberal co-host Joy Behar bizarrely called on Elon Musk, the CEO of X (formerly known as Twitter), to get a C-section.
Behar Tells Musk To ‘Try A Cesarean’
While interviewing the journalist Kara Swisher about her new book “Burn Book: A Tech Love Story,” Behar asked about the difference in personalities between the “good” guys in the tech world and the bad ones.
“Simply put, they’re not adult toddlers. Right? Essentially,” Swisher responded. “They’re grown-ups. Tim Cook, you don’t hear Tim Cook going on about Ukraine or cesareans like Elon Musk just did. And I had a cesarean, so I don’t want to hear his opinion about it.”
That’s when Behar, 81, made her bizarre call to action for Musk.
“Maybe he should try a cesarean himself,” she said. “I’ll help. I’ll assist.”
While Swisher never elaborated on what she was talking about when it comes to Musk’s thoughts on C-sections, she may have been referring to an X post from back in January in which Musk wrote that the “heavy use of c-sections allows for a larger brain, as brain size has historically been limited by birth canal diameter.”
The Wrap reported that a study from the National Institutes of Health found that “cesarean delivery may influence infant brain development,” though these findings were considered “novel” and “the impact may be transient because similar effects were not observed in older children.”

Behar’s Previous Attacks On Musk
Behar has used her ABC talk show to attack Musk many times over the years. Back in 2022, she slammed the Tesla owner after he told his employees that “remote work is no longer acceptable,” adding that “people need to go back to work” because that’s how you “meet people.”
This didn’t sit well with Behar, who fired back by calling Musk “a self-important bore” before oddly shifting to agreeing with him.
“Let him go into space,” Behar stated. “I test drove a Tesla one time, I was scared of the car. I’m scared of that car. It goes ba-boom and it’s got a computer and I got [a] panic attack in that car, number one. Number two, people need to go back to work because where else are you going to meet somebody?”
“You know what I mean?” she continued. “Not everybody can go on Tinder and whatever else people are doing. This is where you meet people.”

Behar Calls Musk A ‘Twitter Troll’
That same year, Behar blasted Musk as a “Twitter troll” after he bought Twitter.
“So the richest person in the world, Elon Musk, who is also a notorious Twitter troll … won’t have to worry about being banned anymore since he just made a deal to buy the company for $44 billion,” she said at the time, according to Fox News.
“Well, for some reason a lot of people on the right are celebrating this as a big win for free speech,” Behar added. “But the left loves free speech too, don’t we?”
It’s clear that much like Donald Trump, Musk also lives rent-free in Behar’s head, and her attacks on him are only getting more nonsensical and bizarre. It’s nothing short of baffling that ABC continues to give someone as unhinged as Behar a platform to spew her nonsense on national television every day!
